If a button in the ENS App appears inactive, disabled, or greyed out, it’s usually caused by a wallet connection issue or something interfering with your browser.
How to Fix It:
Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
Refresh the page
Try a different browser or wallet
Disable any browser extension blockers
If you're using a hardware wallet, ensure your firmware and wallet app are fully up to date
