Token approvals let contracts interact with your ENS names—but scammers exploit this by tricking you into granting them access. While it is not possible to recover names that have already been stolen (i.e. Owner transferred), you can explore your token approvals and revoke them to prevent further damage.
Two free tools to check and revoke permissions:
Explore the revoke.cash's FAQ (also, revokecash.eth.limo) to decide whether you need to revoke permissions that shouldn't be there.
Explore Etherscan.io's article on Token Approvals and decide whether to revoke permissions through their tool Etherscan.io/tokenapprovalchecker
Important: If someone has your seed phrase, revoking approvals won't help—they have full wallet access. Create a new wallet immediately.
