Failed transactions & connection issues

Errors and Failed transactions during name registration.

Wallet connection/browser issues can sometimes break the flow of registration, as seen through repeat or failing commit transactions.

To resolve this and restart the registration process try either of the following:

  • Clear your browser cache, reconnect, and restart the registration process.

  • Begin again using a different browser or switching to incognito/private mode.

  • Or register using the legacy UI at legacy.ens.domains.

Note: If your wallet has pending transactions you will need to clear/cancel these first. Read more in this article.
