Name Registration Expiry
Registered .eth names have a registration expiry date. To maintain ownership, you must renew your name. If an ENS name expires, there is a 90-day grace period during where you can still renew the name and maintain ownership. Afterwards, the name is released and available for anyone to register.

Setup Calendar Reminders
You can set a reminder for your .eth name expiration from the ENS app.
Go to the ENS App, Open the ownership tab of a name, then click Set Reminder.
There are several supported options for your personal calendar.
Important:
Ensure you save the reminder to the correct 'name expires' date.
Remember, the 90-day grace period begins once the name expires, providing extra time to extend the registration. It's recommended not to wait until the last moments where you may encounter technical issues. Once the name is released, there is no way to reverse this.
Extend Registration
Extend by Years or by Date
Another feature on the ENS App is extending a registration to a specific date. This is most helpful if you want to several sync names to the same date, or notable date. For more details, refer to the article: How to extend a .eth name registration
