Look up a 0x address in the ENS App

The Address profile at app.ens.domains/<wallet-address> shows a wallet's primary ENS name and a list of names it owns.

What is the Address profile page?

ENS App search bar with a wallet address pasted in, and the results list showing that address and the name frogs.eth
An Address profile in the ENS App: the full wallet address, its primary name frogs.eth, and the Registered ENS names list

The Address profile page shows what a wallet has on ENS: its primary name and the names it owns. It lives at app.ens.domains/<wallet-address>. A name's own profile lives at app.ens.domains/<name>.eth.

What the page shows

  • Address profile: the full address, with a copy icon, and its primary name. With none set, it reads This address does not have a primary ENS name.

  • Registered ENS names: every name the address owns. With none, it reads No ENS names found for this address on this network.

How do I get to it?

Pasting a wallet address into the search bar on any ENS App page opens it, as does going to app.ens.domains/<wallet-address> directly. Block explorers and wallets that link to ENS by address land here too.

ENS Explorer shows more for any address, such as its reverse records and history: see Find your way around ENS Explorer.

Common questions

What does "This address does not have a primary ENS name" mean?

The wallet hasn't chosen a primary name, so apps show its raw address. It may still own names: they're listed under Registered ENS names. To set one for a wallet you own, see Set your primary name.

What's the difference between an Address profile and a Name profile?

A Name profile shows one name's bio, avatar, links and addresses. An Address profile shows one wallet's primary name and every name it owns. A wallet can own many names; a name has one owner.

Why does the empty state say "on this network"?

ENS names exist per network. The ENS App runs on Ethereum, so the message means the address owns no names on Ethereum.
