Known issue: importing a DNS name into ENS isn't working at the moment. We're fixing it. Until then, the steps below won't complete.
If ENS Explorer's import screen shows DNSSEC not enabled, a link in your domain's DNSSEC chain is missing or broken. ENS Explorer's DNSSEC checker shows which one.
Find and fix the break
On the import screen, select Find where the DNSSEC chain breaks. You don't need a wallet.
Read the summary at the top. It names the problem.
Fix it at your DNS provider or registrar, using the causes below.
Select Re-run. When the chain is valid, go back to the import screen and select Refresh.
Common causes
DNSSEC is off. The summary reads DNSSEC is not enabled for your domain. Turn on DNSSEC at your DNS provider, then add the DS record at your registrar. The summary links to guides for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dreamhost, Hover and Cloudflare.
A broken link. Under Chain of trust, fix the highest row marked Broken first. The rows below it depend on it.
A recent change. DNS answers are cached until their time to live (TTL) runs out. Wait, then select Re-run.
WordPress.com hosting. It doesn't support DNSSEC. Move your DNS to another provider first.
Common questions
Does the DNSSEC checker change anything?
No. It runs the same check an import would and sends nothing.
