ENS name doesn't show at all

ENS names work immediately in the ENS App but may take hours to appear on OpenSea because OpenSea updates its database periodically.

I'm not listed as the owner of my name

If you see random digits, "Unknown ENS name", the wrong owner, or no owner listed, refresh your metadata to update OpenSea's records.

To fix this, refresh the metadata -> See Below: Refresh Metadata

This updates OpenSea's database and usually fixes the issue within a few hours.

Still seeing issues after 24 hours? Contact OpenSea Support using the links at the top of this page.

OpenSea shows a "Delisted" notice

Can't see your name on OpenSea? Contact OpenSea Support to try restore your listing.

OpenSea does not allow the name to be listed or sold

Check that your name hasn't expired. ENS names that have expired and in Grace Period are not able to be transferred (sold), or have any of their records updated. Extend the name's registration in the ENS App

To fix this, refresh the metadata -> See Below: Refresh Metadata

Refresh metadata

To schedule a refresh of your ENS Name's metadata in OpenSea, press the "three dots"-button and then refresh metadata. You will then need to wait for OpenSea.
