What happens if you speed up the commit transaction?
If you speed up or replace the first commit transaction during registration, the ENS App may not recognise it. This can cause the page to get stuck on a loading screen or display messages like “Almost there” or “Your transaction is in progress” – even though the transaction has already succeeded onchain.
How to fix a sped up commit transaction
Clear the cache just for
app.ens.domains.Return to the ENS App and start the registration process newly.
Note:
Speeding up the register transaction or other actions in ENS won’t cause this problem. It only affects the commit step.
